You have ambition. You know that to be successful in your fitness program, and in life, you can't remain static. You must continue to grow and learn. You realize the value a quality instructor plays in your continued growth and success. You're looking for a program of excellence developed specifically to help you reach your goals. You need an instructor grounded in tradition yet progressive. My Pilates based exercises focus on skillful execution powered by intelligent direction. Gentle enough for seniors, challenging enough for the elite athlete and unmatched for injury prevention, my teamwork approach is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.
