Toni's first job at the age of 16 was a swim instructor. Since then she has completed a Bachelor of Science degree in health science at SDSU. During the course of her 30-year career she has completed training programs in cycling, personal training, yoga, Pilates, nutrition and youth counseling. She worked as a cycling coach for the leukemia team in training program. She is an accomplished ironman triathlete holding several first and second place division titles. She has given keynote presentations in fitness at Saddleback College, John Howard's School of Champions, and health and fitness centers all across Orange County.

She has also worked closely with countless professional and amateur athletes to improve skill in their specific sport. She has had extensive training in joint mobilization and stabilization. Toni is a certified Pilates instructor, certified yoga instructor, certified nutritionist, certified cycling coach, certified youth counselor and is certified in basic life support.
